My son had MSPI and was put on Alimentum when he was 6 months old. He was recently diagnosed with autism, so that may explain why he had the stomach issues, looking back, b/c he still cannot break down milk and soy proteins. Anyway, I think you guys are lucky that he is a pooping machine with the alimentum. It usually stops the kiddos up really badly. Give him a few more days to adjust to the switch. One thing Alimentum did was stop my baby from spitting up half of his feeding each time, so I think it definitely helps reflux symptoms. Just beware once you start him on solids, b/c almost all baby foods have soy, even rice cereal. Beechnut products don't though ;)

BTW, Just so you don't think I'm a stalker, I'm on a website with your wife (thenest)

Oh, and yeah, alimentum smells AWFUL!!!
